Return Policy

Any order purchased from biosafeorganics.com* can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of date of the order placed, returned in unopened, new condition. International orders or orders that have been shipped to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico do not qualifty for a refund or exchange. Orders that contain multiple items do not qualify for refund or exhange. Drainfix 5 Gal product is a special order item this does not qualify for these do not qualify for refund or exchange it will be considered a final sale. You the customer are responsible for all shipping charges on all returns or exchanges.

Whether you are returning for a refund or exchange please do the following before shipping:

1) Place a copy of your order receipt in the shipping box with the item you are returning.
2) Make sure to include your order number, email, first and last name.
3) Indicate the reason for return or exchange.
4) State if you would like a refund or exchange.

If the product you wish to exchange is of higher value that you will need to call customer service to pay by cc the higher difference amount of the desired exchanged product if it is higher value than the original item.

* Products purchased from any other retailer or website all fall under our website policy as well (Amazon, Walmart, etc) must be returned to the original seller.
** Shipping fees are non refundable.
***Only original price of item is refundable.

Please note: if an item is returned to us outside of our policy and wasn’t accepted for return, it will be donated or discarded. We are unable to send product back to you once it has been received into our warehouse.

If there appears to be fraud or abuse, we may choose to decline your return.
